The Craft
Our whiskey begins its journey at Great Northern Distillery, where it is triple-distilled to ensure a signature Irish smoothness. It is then aged in traditional oak before being meticulously finished in Appleton Estate Rum Casks. This final stage is where Livianna finds its soul—the rum-soaked wood imparts a rich, darker golden hue and a complex sweetness that sets it apart from any other blend.
The Finishing Touch
We bottle every drop at Old Carrick Mill Distillery in Carrickmacross. This ensures that every bottle is handled with the precision of master craftspeople who understand that whiskey isn't just a product; it’s a story waiting to be told.
