Heart, resilience, and resolve in a glass. This cocktail honors the steadfast spirit of Bailieborough.
Ingredients
- 60ml Livianna Irish Whiskey
- 10ml Demerara syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 dash Orange bitters
- Orange peel and a luxardo cherry for garnish
Directions
- Add Livianna, syrup, and bitters into a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir for 30 seconds until perfectly chilled.
- Strain into a chilled rocks glass over one large ice cube.
- Express orange oils over the glass and garnish.
