The Pearl Sour
Sophisticated and smooth, echoing the elegance of the women who inspired Livianna.
Ingredients
- 50ml Livianna Irish Whiskey
- 25ml Fresh lemon juice
- 15ml Simple syrup
- 1 Egg white (or aquafaba)
- 3 Drops of plum bitters
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a shaker without ice and 'dry shake' to foam the egg white.
- Add ice and shake again until cold.
- Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Add three drops of bitters to the foam in a decorative pattern.
