The Pearl Sour

Sophisticated and smooth, echoing the elegance of the women who inspired Livianna.

Ingredients

  • 50ml Livianna Irish Whiskey
  • 25ml Fresh lemon juice
  • 15ml Simple syrup
  • 1 Egg white (or aquafaba)
  • 3 Drops of plum bitters

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker without ice and 'dry shake' to foam the egg white.
  2. Add ice and shake again until cold.
  3. Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  4. Add three drops of bitters to the foam in a decorative pattern.
